These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") establish the terms and conditions for the use of the service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by N2B (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"). Users of the Service (hereinafter referred to as "Users") are requested to use the Service after agreeing to these Terms of Use.

1. In order to use the Service, the applicant for registration must agree to these Terms of Use, apply for user registration in the manner prescribed by us, and complete the user registration by receiving approval notification from us.
2. We may not approve a user registration application if we determine that the applicant for registration falls under any of the following reasons, and we shall be under no obligation to disclose the reasons for such non-approval:

1. Users are required to register their email address and name and create an account in order to use the Service.
2. Users shall ensure that their registration information is accurate and up to date.
3. Users are responsible for the management of their passwords and must take sufficient care to prevent unauthorized use by third parties.
4. We shall not be held responsible for any damages caused by unauthorized use by third parties, except in cases where there is intentional or gross negligence on our part.

1. Users shall pay the usage fees separately determined by the Service in the manner specified by the Service.
2. In the event that a user cancels the Service, they may continue to receive the Service until the contract is terminated.
3. No prorated refunds shall be made from the cancellation date. Please follow the procedures specified by the Service for cancellation.

The copyright or other intellectual property rights of the content (hereinafter referred to as "Content"), such as product photos, provided by the Service shall belong to us, content providers, and other legitimate rights holders. Users are not allowed to reproduce, reprint, modify, or otherwise use the Content without permission.
2. However, the copyright of blog articles posted by users belongs to the respective posters.

Users are prohibited from engaging in the following actions when using the Service:

1. Actions that violate laws or public order and morals
2. Actions related to criminal activities
3. Actions that infringe upon the copyrights, trademark rights, or intellectual property rights of the Service or third parties
4. Actions that disrupt or interfere with the functionality of our servers or networks
5. Actions that commercially exploit information obtained through the Service
6. Actions of collecting, using, or providing personal information without permission
7. Actions that hinder the operation of the Service
8. Actions of unauthorized access or attempted unauthorized access
9. Actions of impersonating other users
10. Actions that directly or indirectly provide benefits to anti-social forces
11. Any other actions deemed inappropriate by us

1. We may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to Users in any of the following circumstances:
   1. When conducting maintenance or updates of the computer system for the Service
   2. When the provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure events such as earthquakes, lightning, fires, power outages, or natural disasters
   3. When the computer or communication network is suspended due to an accident
   4. When we determine that the provision is difficult for any other reason
2. We shall not be held responsible for any disadvantage or damage incurred by Users or third parties as a result of the suspension or interruption of the provision of the Service.

1. We may, without prior notice, restrict the use of all or part of the Service, or cancel the registration as a User, if a User falls under any of the following:
   1. Violation of any provisions of these Terms of Use
   2. Discovery of false facts in the registered information
   3. Suspension of the credit card provided by the User as a payment method
   4. Non-performance of payment obligations such as fees
   5. No response to our contact for a certain period of time
   6. No use of the Service for a certain period of time following the last use
   7. Any other determination that the use of the Service is inappropriate
2. We shall not be held responsible for any damages incurred by Users as a result of our actions based on this clause.

Users may withdraw from the Service in accordance with the withdrawal procedure specified by the Service.

1. We do not explicitly or implicitly guarantee the absence of defects (including defects in safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, suitability for a particular purpose, security, etc.) in terms of facts or legal matters.
2. We shall not be held responsible for any damages incurred by Users as a result of using the Service. However, if the contract between us and the User (including these Terms of Use) falls under the Consumer Contract Act and becomes a consumer contract, this disclaimer shall not apply. In such a case, we shall not be held responsible for any damages incurred by Users due to non-performance of obligations or tortious acts caused by our negligence (excluding gross negligence) in relation to damages arising from special circumstances (including cases where we or the User could foresee the occurrence of damages).
3. We shall not be held responsible for any content posted by Users.
4. We may change or terminate the contents of the Service without prior notice. We shall not be held responsible for any damages incurred by Users as a result of such changes or terminations.
5. We shall not be held responsible for any transactions, communications, or disputes between Users and other Users or third parties.

We may change or discontinue the contents of the Service without notifying Users, and shall not be held responsible for any damages incurred by Users as a result.

We may change these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice to Users, if deemed necessary. In the event that Users start or continue to use the Service after the changes, they shall be deemed to have agreed to the revised terms.

We shall handle personal information acquired through the use of the Service appropriately in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Service.

Notifications or communications between Users and us shall be made in the manner specified by us. Unless the User submits a change notice in accordance with the method specified by us, the currently registered contact information shall be deemed valid, and we shall notify or communicate with the User at the contact information registered at that time. Such notifications or communications shall be deemed to have reached the User at the time of transmission.

Users shall not assign or pledge to a third party their position under the usage agreement or rights or obligations based on these Terms of Use without our prior consent.

1. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use shall be exclusively submitted to the Tokyo District Court in Japan as the court of first instance and exclusive jurisdiction.
